This paper uses the method of questionnaire investigation and interview and the statistics are analyzed by statistic software SPSS17.0.Firstly, after the College Entrance Examination, through interviewing the parents and the examinees, have an understanding of the factors which affect their wills filling. Then through reading relevant researches and combining with the analysis of the interview, draw up the questionnaire of the influencing factors of wills filling. Through analyzing the whole sample the paper, opens out eight main influencing factors of filling the wills of entrance examination to university and ranges them according to the influencing degree. They are personal favorites, major prospects, achievements, parents' opinions, universities' reputation, distance between college and home, tuition, universities' environment. Secondly, through analyzing the individual difference of the eight influencing factors, draw conclusions as follows: Students of different genders show a significant difference in considering personal favorites factor and girls tend to take more consideration of the factor. Students in different places show significant differences in considering major prospects, achievements and tuition factors. City examinees tend to take more consideration of major prospects and achievement factors. Rural examinees tend to take more consideration of tuition factor. Finally, using experimental questionnaire, thoroughly explore the influence of place attachment on filling wills in different experimental situations. The paper reveals that examinees of stronger place attachment tend to choose the universities closer to home when the achievement and personal favorite factors are certain. The role of place attachment on filling wills tend to reduce with gradually adding the main influencing factors of universities' reputation and major prospect.
