Implications of Development and Status of EU Social Security Policies for China's Social Security

The problem currently facing by China's social security is primarily the vague responsibility division of the main parties of social security, larger scale of disadvantaged groups, as well as the disadvantages of the system itself and unbalanced regional development and many other factors. China needs social safety net which can make people prevent from despair in the event of hardships, clear social security responsibility of the parties by the legislation. This paper introduces the development status of EU social policy and its revelation to the social security for China, thus further improving the social security responsibility system.
