On the Enterprise Financial Management Mode under the Perspective of the Value Chain Management

In the financial management of the enterprises in our country, the management model of the value chain has been widely used. Each link in the value chain is interrelated and interacted with each other, and the change of any link in the value chain will affect the whole management process. The financial management of the enterprises based on the management mode of the value chain will be of help to the long-term development of the enterprises, and can more scientifically and reasonably manage the costs of the enterprises. This paper introduces the meanings of the management model of the value chain and the roles of the management mode of the value chain in the financial management of the enterprises. According to the current situations of the development, the author summed up the constructing principles and the corresponding countermeasures of the financial management mode based on the management model of the value chain of the enterprises, which is conducive to the combination and the application of the management mode of the value chain and the financial management in the enterprises in our country.
