摘要
Based on experimental data on fluxes and spectra of energetic electrons (0.03-7.0 MeV) measured from 1976 through 1996 on board the series of satellites Cosmos 900, Intercasmos-19, Raduga, and Prognaz 3-10, it has been established that the fluxes observed were related to the solar wind parameters. The correlation and analytical relationship between the temporal characteristics of the energetic electron fluxes and the position of solar-wind velocity maxima at the magnetopause, in the magnetosheath, and in the outer radiation belt have been found. The equation of energetic electron transport from the magnetospheric boundary to small altitudes, which takes into account solar-wind parameters and the solar activity, has been obtained. The observations of electrons with energies greater than 15 MeV on the magnetic shells L > 3.2 during magnetic storms with a sudden commencement (SC) and related to recurrent streams of the solar wind are presented and discussed.
