Analysis of supply chain scheduling optimization in mass customization considering service level

The supply chain scheduling in mass customization considering customer service level is a typical stochastic demand and stochastic resource-constrained multi-objective dynamic problem. Based on the front-end theory achievement, this paper re-analyzes its characteristics and contradictions in the view of customer service level and supply chain system. And then, we introduce the preference factor of interests which can reflect and solve contradictions into the model and make a necessary improvement. So we can set up a more reasonable dynamic scheduling mathematics model tallying with the actual situation. Finally, the paper makes a practical test and verification of it and illustrates that the model is available.
