摘要
In this paper, two key technologies of mobile Internet are proposed. One is related to the ownership of wireless media and the unbundling of them. A virtual network-based unbundling method is proposed which is suitable as basis of mobile operators' network and efficiently accommodates various types of traffic such as, peer to peer and multicast, compared with the conventional method based on tunnel-based technology. Another one is related to management of radio resources. A radio resource information exchange framework is proposed for the efficient utilization of radio resources. This supports handover procedure in selecting the best cell and in reducing handover latency. A prototype system based on proposed methods has been developed and shows good performance regarding latency, packet-loss and throughput during handover[1,2].
