摘要：
Cognitive mesh network is a new kind of wireless network using cognitive radio technology. For a cognitive mesh node, it can sense the unused frequency in the licensed spectrums and adaptively access these spectrums. This paper studies the problems of frequency selection by secondary users in the cognitive mesh network with a common control channel. Each user node automatically collects local information and measures the metrics to select the best free channel. The reliability and latency of the channel are taken into account for channel assignment. Compared to the random multi-channel assignment without control channel, the new channel assignment has better performances in throughput and delay.
