摘要
Emergency medicine (EM) development is rapidly occurring throughout the world. However, this growth has largely occurred outside of the low- and lower middle-income countries. These countries face complex multisectoral development challenges that often preclude spending for EM projects. Identifying funding sources to develop sustainable EM initiatives in these countries requires an understanding of the primary lending agencies and their health agendas.
