摘要
Technology is essential in every field from education institution to automotive industry banking to civil aviation, telecommunication to textile and there is momentous influence of technology in every field in this world. Technology has changed the way we work and it has brought tremendous style to work performance such as fan at work, and reduces human errors which can be caused by too much work or stress. Organizations always find and purchase new technological tool to improve employee's performance, facilitated job-tasks, improved communication, increased efficiencies, and higher-levels of effectiveness in work management rapidly. Firms also invest on employees training to improve the employee knowledge, skills and development of employees prior to the introduction of new technology. Today organizations cannot run with absolute technologies, because technology increase human performance and employees use technology for the benefits of the organization and use with ethical values. Some Individual could not adopt technology easily and on the other side group of people can adopt technology easily.
