摘要：

Alignment between enterprise strategy (ES) and enterprise informationization strategy (EIS) is the linchpin to enhance enterprise core competences. Based on the study of the relevant concepts, theories and model of strategic alignment, a index system has been designed for the appraisal of alignment between ES and EIS, and a pilot study has been doing on the synthetical appraisal course of strategic alignment.
