摘要
An integrated GPS-GSM based security system is developed to track and control vehicles from remote places which is cost-effective and reliable. In the present paper, an automotive localization system using GPS and GSM-SMS is developed and implemented as an anti-theft system in Automobiles. The presented application is a low cost solution for conveying automobile position and status, very useful in case of car theft situations in smart cities where cell phone is an essential, for monitoring adolescent drivers by their parents as well as in car tracking system applications.
