The essence of ecological civilization advocated the harmonious coexistence between man and man, man and nature, man and society, the development of the concept of harmonious ecological civilization construction is based on the help of the beautiful countryside construction process to lay the guiding ideology and the effective method of effective theory. By analyzing of the current problems in the construction of beautiful countryside, this paper puts forward some effective measures in order to promote the realization of the goal of building beautiful countryside. the current higher education is facing new tasks and problems, which promote universities to pay more attention to the cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship. Tourism management is a new subject which is closely related to the current economic transformation and development.
