摘要
The construction and reform of basal automation is very urgent with start Of information system in Iron and Steel Works. The key technique is how to configure control net and to setup the mode of information share. The field bus with usual configuration software Based on Web Server works out a solution. An example of three layers control network configuration in sintering plant is put forward, by means of the study of basal automation and mode of information share. The control system makes use of programmable Wago I/O system based on Profibus-DP to configure control network. Master control stations in main and burden workshop, control substations in mixer, electrical dust remover, screening machine, end product are set zip respectively, in order to make control network to arrive at field device. By way of the Web server and data server, it not only realizes remote diagnose and control, but also ensures system safety. This control system is reliable and exchangeable by being tested in scene. Process data are openly and transparently transferred to sintering factory information system.
