摘要
The internet environment brings opportunities and challenges to traditional automotive aftermarket services industry, at the same time change and reform become the top law to survive. This thesis conducts a study on the large scale of automotive aftermarket services but with the poor level of service, find the advantages and disadvantages of the business model during current industry with thorough analysis and investigation. The thesis also focus on the big impact which custom manufacturing, crossover cooperation, value networks, big data and other internet thinking bring to this industry. All of this make it clear that to respond the age of internet's challenge, the automotive aftermarket industry should break the traditional thinking on the product life-cycle customer value management, value networks' innovative business models and resource integration of cross industry chain, to change the business model.
