摘要：
Describing the making and thinking behind a film shot at Alsop & Stormer's Stirling Prize-winning Peckham Library, Thomas Aquilina portrays how the building and its public piazza has democratised a previously neglected patch of South London, providing not just reading materials but much needed community functions for a diverse part of the capital. Much of the building's formal dexterity happens above its users' heads, deploying the familiar Alsop trope of touching the ground lightly.
