Research on Industry-University-Research Cloth Teaching and Learning Based on Clothing Innovation Design Workshop Teaching Platform

Fashion design is an interdisciplinary and applied discipline which bases on science and art. It needs combine closely with industry and enterprise since it is affected by social need greatly. It's difficult to build a good and effective cooperation mechanism between school and enterprise which can make school-enterprise cooperation and industry-university-research filter down to clothing education. The aim of this paper is try to explore a new practice pattern which combined with market, enterprise and consumer demand to solve this problem by market-oriented fashion design practice and cooperation based on Clothing innovation design workshop teaching platform of school of design south china university of technology.
