摘要
A manual and simple way of diagnosis and time-based maintenance have not met requirement of some key gearbox in many mechanical equipments from the field of state monitoring and fault diagnosis. An expert system of state monitoring and fault diagnosis of gearbox (abbreviation: GMDES) is studied in this paper to solve the problem. GMDES is on the basis of measurement and analysis of vibration signal. The Inference Engine of GMDES works by the way of collaboration among artificial neural network gray cognate and fuzzy clustering. The collaboration is realized by information fuse. GMDES has characteristics of intelligence, real-time and automation. OOP technique is adopted to design the software. It is modeled by the method of UML (Unified Modeling Language) and programmed by Visual Basic 6.0. In the end, the experiment is done, whose results show the GMDES can monitor and diagnosis faults truly in the gearbox.
