摘要
We propose a highly-efficient closed-loop adaptive optics device based on a single spatial light modulator fulfilling both tasks of measuring sensor as well as of compensating the measured aberrations. The key element is a reflective Liquid Crystal on Silicon microdisplay working at an incidence angle of 45 degrees.
