摘要
The Humanities and Contemporary Society Research Group in conjunction with the Stricto Sensu Postgraduate Program in Teaching at the Federal Institute of Mato Grosso, started in 2016 a survey entitled Human Rights Violation and Bullying in Context Scholar: Diagnosis and proposal for Intervention Based on Student Empowerment CAAE: 60165016.0.0000.5165 / Opinion Number: 1,773,781. The research is qualitative, with bibliographic and documentary analysis of the Institutional Development Plan - PDI (2014-2018) of the following Federal Institutes: IFMT (Mato Grosso), IFMG (Minas Gerais), IFPB (Paraiba), IFSP (Sao Paulo); in order to clarify the concept of Human Rights and Bullying present in the documents. As a result of the documentary analysis, the word Bullying does not appear in the IFMT, IFPB, IFMG and IFSP PDI (2014-2018). The Human Rights approach was evidenced in the IFMT PDI 19 (nineteen) times. The reformulation of IDPs is taking place (2019-2023) at Federal Institutes. In this context, the autonomy of the Federal Institutes can be understood as a powerful tool that articulates the dimensions: social and political.
