摘要
The development and application of intelligent and information technology is one of the important directions for the development of bridge engineering. In addition to the construction technology and production technics, the bridge construction informational system with the Internet and artificial intelligence assist judgment is also an important component. Aiming at the problems of traditional bridge construction monitoring and management in data synchronization, information communication, error analysis, deviation warning and results exhibition, a bridge construction monitoring information system based on BIM model management was developed. Firstly, the working mode by Internet was redesigned for information transfer, data analysis, and warning push. Then, according to the requirements, the bridge site construction monitoring data is trans-mitted through the Internet of Things, and the embedded artificial intelligence algorithm is used to realize the automatic processing of monitoring data inspection, error analysis and early warning, and control command calculation. Through the whole process monitoring data depth comparison analysis, the optimization of the calculation parameters and the recommended measures for on-site construction quality control are presented. The BIM model is used to supplement the bridge construction management, and the main functions of the structural state, construction schedule, project quality and construction risk management during the bridge construction process is visual by BIM model. As the results showed, applying the information system and using the BIM model for construction control management can achieve better management results and organizational effects, improve work efficiency. The data synchronization, maintenance and display based on the BIM model accelerates the communication for information between the participating units of the project.
