摘要
The experiment was carried out to determine the chemical and energetic composition of canola meal, soybean meal and corn. The total excreta collection method with broiler from 16 to 23 days of age was used to determine the corrected apparent metabolizable energy (AMEn) and corrected true metabolizable energy (TMEn) of the feeds. The values of gross energy, AMEn, TMEn, crude protein, crude fiber, ether extract, calcium and phosphorus, as fed basis, were, respectively, for the canola meal: 3,846;2,043; 2,106 kcal/kg; 38.00; 8.00; 1.24; 0.50; .90%, soybean meal: 4,093; 2,512; 2,577 kcal/kg; 44.00; 5.60; 1.92; .33; .52%, and corn: 3,859; 3,291; 3,340 kcal/kg; 7.50; 2.10; 3.21; .02; .25%.
