摘要
Generally, decision support systems are interactive, computer-involved systems that provide organizations with methods to retrieve and summarize information, analyze alternatives, and evaluate scenarios to gain insight on critical factors, sensitivities, risks, and consequences of potential decisions. Research of various formats fields' information is storage, processed, reserved in the quantitative form in database. Accordingly, quantitative multiple criteria decision making methods are practical to use in decision support systems. In this paper we analyses the quantitative multiple criteria decision making methods usage in decision support systems. These methods are strongly mathematically based. We take notice of sensitivity of these methods to initial data. It is adduced analysis sensitivity of method TOPSIS.
