摘要
Pilling is one of the important factors affecting appearance and wearing characteristics of fabrics. This paper presented a new ecology protection type of finishing method on pilling-resistance of cashmere knit fabric, which is oxidation-sericin method. The cashmere knit fabric was pretreated with hydroperoxide, and then the fabric was impregnated in sericin aqueous solution. By analyzing the fabric pilling degree before and after the oxidatiorr-sericin processing, the optimum processing conditions were obtained and all processing parameters of oxidatiorr-sericin treatment, such as the concentration, the temperature and the time of the treatment solution, were determined. The experimental results show that this new finishing method could fulfill the purpose of pilling-resistance. Furthermore, this method improves the hand feeling of cashmere fabric.
