摘要：
In 1993, all 53 Centers for Independent Living (CIL) in Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) Region V (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin) were surveyed concerning the Rehabilitation Cultural Diversity Initiative (RCDI). In 1996, the results of that research were published in this journal (Flowers, Edwards & Pusch, (1996). The study herein is a replication of the 1993 research, conducted a decade later, and designed to reveal the impact of RCDI and the associated issues and problems during that decade.
