摘要：
The purpose and objectives of the present paper highlight the main aspects regarding the development of the enterprises with foreign direct investment in Romania related to the contribution that they have had or may have on the economic development of our country. In this research, we intend to analyze the dynamics and structure of foreign direct investment in Romania, from the point of view of their impact on the net income of the trade balance in the case of companies with foreign capital participation in our country. We have analyzed the exports and imports of enterprises with foreign direct investment at an overall level, and at industry level, of which manufacturing and other activities. (C) 2015 The Authors.
