摘要
The problem of the development of tens of thousands of university teachers is in the urgent need of the solution, which is also the arduous task to improve the quality of the higher education and construct the powerful nation of the higher education. The author of this paper introduces the academic theories of the teaching, and carries on the researches on the important significance of the development of the university teachers from the perspective of the academic theories of the teaching. The integration of the roles of the educators, researchers and learners should be the core and the most important role of university teachers. This orientation of the role is conducive to the development of university teachers. Good teaching should also means that the teachers are both the scholars and the students, so we should strengthen the communication between the teachers and the students, to form a learning community of the teachers and the students. The learning community between the teachers and the learning community between the teachers and the students can promote the development of university teachers, and the development of university teachers also needs the influence of and the cultivation of these learning communities. Every teacher must adhere to the highest standards of loyalty, and should not only pay close attention to the moral accomplishments of the occupation, but also should strengthen the academic moral cultivation.
