摘要
In our previous work, a hybrid transform coding (HTC) scheme was proposed for the compression and feedback of channel state information (CSI) in multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) systems. In this paper, we investigate the performance of HTC in both the interfering broadcast channel (IBC) model and cellular network model. In IBC, the achievable ergotic rates of HTC are simulated and compared with those of other feedback compression methods. The performance of HTC in cellular networks is also provided based on Long-Term Evolution-Advanced (LTE-A) Release 10. The results in both models show that HTC can achieve higher compression efficiency than available alternatives.
