摘要
This paper deals with benchmarking implementation for the purposes of marketing knowledge development. A modified version of Ishikawa diagram has been used as a tool for identifying the hierarchy of the benchmarks for knowledge development in the field of marketing. The main purpose of the BSP (Basic - Strategic - Performance benchmarks) conceptual model is to support the benchmarking process in knowledge development in the field of marketing. As a result a number of implications for benchmarks development in the field of marketing knowledge have been drawn.
