摘要
For training unripe doctors and preventing operation mistakes, operation-training systems using VR have been developed. It is, however, difficult to judge the contact between a scalpel and a human tissue by visual inspection, so a system using tactile sensation together with visual one is expected. Then, we used PHANToM as force feedback device. For modeling, a virtual environment was constructed using a suitable Voxel model for cutting, to express a dense model. The system is implemented by connecting two PCs with SCRAMNet to treat concurrently both a tactile and force feedback calculation and the operation to cut off Voxel memories that model the dense organization of the human body. Using the above, we tried the construction of the cutting simulation of a virtual object with a virtual scalpel. We make reference about the power to cause while cutting and the restraint of the scalpel, and evaluate whether scalpel operation is performed how much correctly and smoothly.
