摘要：

The purpose of this research was to know the levels of confidence and satisfaction of university students towards the activities undertaken by government, civil and educational bodies. Descriptive and correlal study, 54 students from the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon -Mexico participated. The results show that participants provide very good confidence and good satisfaction to the Secretariat of State Health, the health care offered by private institutions and authorities of the university agency. With moderate confidence and satisfaction, citizen groups and business bodies were catalogued. There remains a statistically significant relationship between the confidence and satisfaction expressed.
