摘要
In requirements elicitation process, different stakeholder participates to find out the requirements of software. In practical applications, different stakeholders have dissimilar view for the same requirements; and they may also use linguistic terminologies in describing the importance of their requirements. Based on literature review, we identify that stakeholder identification methods do not support that how to prioritize the stakeholders on the basis of the importance of software requirements. Therefore, to address the above issue, we propose a method for the prioritization of stakeholders on the basis of the importance of software requirements using fuzzy-based approach. There are three steps in the proposed method, i.e., (1) specify stakeholder types and their roles (2) select and classify requirements; and (3) stakeholder's analysis. Finally, the application of the proposed method is explained with the help of a case study, which is based on Institute Examination System.
