Indirect determination of benzhexoli in tablets by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy

摘要
The method for indirect determination of benzhexoli in talbets by inductively coupled plasina-atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) was studied and the suitable conditions were selected. The memory effect of determination of Boron by ICP-AES was discussed. In the pH range of 2.0 similar to 6.0, the benzhexoli was completely precipitated by excessive sodium tetraphenylborate. The solubility-product K-sp was measured to be 8.84 x 10(-12) at 20 degreesC. The precipitation was fluctuated by aluminum nitrate and filtered easily. The boron in filtrate was detected by ICP-AES for calculating the content of benzhexoli in samples. The method was applied to the determination of benzhexoli in samples with precision of RSD 2.1%.
