Performance Analysis of Uncertain Changes in Parameters of an Unstable Time Delay Process Regulated with a PID Controller

摘要
The paper considers the effect of the change of the unstable first-order time delay process parameters, regulated with a PID controller with a set-point filter projected through the use of the gain margin onto the performances of the feedback system. For different PID controllers projecting methods, using the simulation, the comparison of the influence of the process parameters change onto the response of the feedback system, the set-point and disturbance response, has been carried out. The results suggest that the method of projecting PID through the use of the gain margin yields good results under the influence of the uncertain changes, too.
