Research on the Operating Mechanism of Technological Innovation System of Strategic Emerging Industries in China

China's strategic emerging industries have been developing rapidly, but under the severe situation of intensifying economic globalization, they must research the operating mechanism of the innovation system in order to continuously enhance the core competitiveness, build core competitive advantages and upgrade international competitiveness. Through the analysis of the characteristics of technological innovation system of strategic emerging industry, this paper discusses the implementation methods of technological innovation in strategic emerging industries, and thinks that the operating mechanism should include external force of policy support and market-driven mechanism, as well as internal force of enterprise competition and symbiosis mechanism. An open innovation system with internal and external coordination and integration can effectively promote the sustained and healthy development of China's strategic emerging industries.
