摘要
The objective of this paper is to analyze the characteristic features of terrorist acts and carcinogenic diseases, thus revealing the common elements of these displays. In the process of analysis, these elements could be conducive to establishing the cause-effect relationships. The paper focuses on the description of terrorism in society and the carcinogenic diseases in the human body in their role as destructive factors in the management of complex systems in society and human body.
