Quality education is a strategic topic for the reform and development in China. Understanding the connotation of quality education is an important condition to promote the healthy development of quality education. Some scholars question the rationality of quality education, and they argue for displacing humanistic education with quality education. But, it is the misunderstanding for quality education. People-oriented is the Core value of quality education, quality education is consistent with humanistic education in their basic point, core, essence, and way.
