摘要
In China, safety investment decision plays a pivotal role throughout the construction industry. It's imperative for construction enterprises to make correct safety investment decision. This paper looks into the current situation of safety investment in China and the literature review is conducted. After that the paper divides safety investment into 4 aspects which are the investment of human, equipment, environment and management and tentatively sets up the safety investment element system. This is followed by the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to determine the priority value of each element; wherein the extension AHP has been utilized to calculate the weights of indicators which can be considered as a modification. Eventually, a numerical example illustrates the applicability of this method. The results show the model's validity and find out those aspects which lack of safety investment seriously. Practitioners can benefit from this paper as it provides information on making safety investment decision for construction enterprises.
