摘要：

Since the Second World War, a large number of huge private enterprises in Japan which rank among 500 top, such as Toyota, Toshiba, Panasonic and so on, have emerged. However, there is not any Chinese one. The author finds the common characters which conducive to private enterprises development after recollecting and comparing the history of development of the private enterprises in China and Japan. Then, the author puts forward some enlightenment to be beneficial to Chinese private enterprises development.
