摘要：
The understanding of what the environment is has been modified over time, due to economic development, the perception of the damage caused, which is why it is necessary to analyze the context of the political-criminal demand for the criminalization of offensive conduct to the environment. Next, it is necessary to delimit what is the environmental legal good, in the Brazilian Criminal Law, while inserted in a Democratic State of Law.
