摘要：

Capacitive equipments are very important in our power system. Therefore, on-line monitoring of capacitive equipments becomes necessary. In this paper, we introduce the method of signal collection based on the principle of voltage-dividing capacitor, and advance the principle of synchronous sampling on multi-lower computer system. Based on these methods, this paper introduces a synchronous sampling unit that can be used in on-line tan delta monitoring system of capacitive equipments. Finally, the methods and the design prove to be efficient through the test of practical project.
