摘要
The textile industry is one of the most complicated manufacturing and largest export industry. Energy is one of the main and important cost factors for every industry because of energy crisis. In textile mill spinning unit is most important part according to electrical power consumption where more opportunities are available for energy saving, many of which are cost-effective. So, electrical losses assessment provides the scope of electrical energy savings in different utilities and process of spinning area of textile industry. By electrical losses evaluation for electrical potential, significant cost savings is achieved which leads to improving profitability and competitiveness. In this paper, influence of different motors, machines processes and electrical power losses in textile industry is discussed and compared with practical data.
