摘要
To develop a general and high compatibility communication service system is the key to build vehicle monitoring centre successfully. In this paper, a design method of the general communication service platform based on GIS/GPS/GPRS for vehicle monitoring system is proposed, which uses non-blocking I/O technology, J2EE design mode and open source technology. The application in practice indicates the high efficiency, stability, reliability, and expansibility of this communication platform.
