摘要：

With the arrival of knowledge economy era, the competition among enterprises increasingly reflects in that of technical innovation and intellectual property rights (IPR). We examine the relationship between IPR and technology innovation by collecting the information of "China's top 50 private enterprises for independent innovation" published in 2006 and processing the data, and find the positive relationship between IPR and technology innovation.
