Research on Calculation Method of MEMS-based Safety and Arming System

摘要
With the development of the miniaturization of ammunition fuze, the MEMS (Micro-electromechanical Systems) technology is becoming increasingly important. In this paper, the energy statistical method is applied to MEMS-based S&A (safety and arming) system. Taking the quality of slider, stiffness of micro-spring, size of latch mechanism and the initial offset distance into a count, the energy conversion relationship during the system's working process is obtained. According to the simulation analysis by ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the feasibility of calculation method is confirmed, and the calculation error could be obtained, which is able to serve as a theoretical reference for the system design.
