摘要：
This paper firstly discusses the possibility of symbiosis among large shareholders and small & medium-sized shareholders based on the symbiotic theory and population theory of ecology. Then, 12 kinds of symbiotic modes of four organizational patterns and three types of behavior are evolved. At last, based on the benefits analysis, we provide a symbiotic modes of large shareholders and small & medium-sized shareholders.
