摘要
The solution of inverse scattering problem (ISP) for oblique incidence of electromagnetic plane wave on multilayered (ML) structure is presented in the paper. The investigation covers a case, where angular dependence of reflection coefficient of the plane structure with varying permittivity profile is used as initial data. Solution of this problem involves reducing of field equations to Schrodinger's one as well as applying of the Gelfand, Levitan and Marchenko (GLM) theory for determination of permittivity profile according to known scattering characteristics.
