摘要
We present linguistic and neuropsychological findings of a case of primary progressive aphasia (PPA) which was followed up for more than 60 months. The aphasia was fluent, with prominent impairments of naming, repetition and writing. The patient soon developed jargon. Speech comprehension remained relatively intact. With regard to recent recommendations (Gorno-Tempini et al., 2011) the syndrome was classified as logopenic PPA. However, the overlap between our case and the proposed criteria was limited due to particular features of the observed aphasia case. Problems of the PPA classification are discussed.
