The Formation of a System of Investment Prospects of Ukrainian Tourism and Recreation Sector Enterprises on Terms of Benchmarking

The article highlights the issue of investment prospects of the Ukrainian tourism and recreation sector enterprises on terms of benchmarking. The main goal and objectives of benchmarking in the field of investment management in the tourism and recreation sector were identified. Indicated, that th. benchmarking is a strategy tool used to compare the performance of the business processes and products with the best performances of other companies inside and outside the industry. The place and role of benchmarking in the system of tourism and recreation sector were outlined. Benchmarking methods used in the management system of tourism sector enterprises were determined. Micro- and macro- level peculiarities of benchmarking application were analyzed. It has been summarized that the application of innovative technologies for managing investment processes within the tourism and recreation sector at the modern stage of economic development is an important task, which is of considerable interest for the management of tourism and recreation industry enterprises.The study founds that shaping of the system for managing investment prospects of the Ukrainian tourism and recreation sector must be based on benchmarking principles and now consists in using innovative methods when interacting with local authorities at the regional level. The study results cited in the article may be used as a source of information when establishing and improving the system for managing investment prospects of tourism and recreation sector enterprises.
