摘要
Intelligent residential district is the very hot and frontier topic in current information industry and the housing construction area; it is also one of the key problems for realization of housing industry informatization. The intelligent residential district planning and design and system integration are the key and difficult part. With the vigorous development of the information age, Computer technology and the Internet will more deeply affect every aspect of people's life. In the intelligent village, the influence of home automation performance showed in means of network technology of data transmission. This paper introduces the connotation of the intelligent residential characteristics and development situation at home and abroad and give a brief intelligent home system solution.
