Fault diagnosis based on FTA and FMECA model

摘要
The model based on fault tree analysis and fault mode, effect criticality analysis is studied by using theory of fault analysis. Firstly, the minimal cut sets and the minimal path sets of fault tree are analyzed. Then, the probability description of fault tree is given and the importance of event is computed. Finally, the inference strategy of integrated diagnosis based on FTA and FMECA is developed. An application example for radar is given.
